Clinical Therapist's Documentation Clarification Support

This service supports parents and guardians of children with deficiencies.  Our service is to help get true comprehension of practitioner's documentation for your child, including evaluations and assessments paperwork.  We support navigating through your BCBA's or SLP's notes of documentation.  We read documentation thoroughly and give you a summary on imperative enclosed information.  We also provide recommendations and resources to execute parental/guardian guidance for strengthening your child's clinical goals.  This service is available over the phone, in person, or virtual.
